Software package for workstations based on SCADA NPT Expert

The software package of workstations based on SCADA NPT Expert implements the following functions:

• presentation of information to the extent necessary for an adequate assessment of the situation;

• management of equipment, energy facility or energy association;

• maintenance of technological schemes by duty services;

• reporting, etc.

SCADA NPT Expert implements graphical interfaces for creating various forms of data presentation “on the fly” (which do not require transferring the workstation to design mode or involving developers).

Standard data display elements in SCADA NPT Expert are:

• Tables. Allows to display the current and archive values ​​of user-selected signals.

• Trends. They allow to display analog and discrete data in the form of graphs, change color and font settings, view trend values ​​in the form of tables, control the output of values ​​beyond the settings, save data in various formats and print them. The trend works both in real time mode and in archive viewing mode.

• Mnemo diagrams. They allow to display information in graphical form from various microprocessor devices in a single interface. Mnemo diagrams allow you to set an unlimited number of "hot zones" for switching between display elements, display current and archive values, and display information about the status of equipment. May contain mnemonic symbols of power equipment, electrical circuits, discrete and analog indicators, lock icons, portable grounding and various auxiliary elements.
 

The built-in mnemonic editor allows you to create and edit mnemonic schemes without installing additional special programs.

The event log. Designed to display events recorded by the system for changes in the status of technological equipment, process control equipment, microprocessor relay protection devices, etc.

Control Panel. Designed to control switching and process equipment. The work of the software complex is based not only on management, but also on the display of block algorithms, and on monitoring the correctness of personnel actions. The archive records the sequence of actions of the operator in the management of switching equipment (SC).

Oscillograms. Built-in oscilloscope allows you to analyze waveforms of emergency processes without installing additional software.

Discrete indicators. Allows you to display the current state of discrete signals in a color representation.

Analog indicators. They used to display analog parameters in the form of graphic elements imitating panel meters. The user has the opportunity to choose one of three types of indicators: round, horizontal or vertical.

Round indicators

• Alarm log (alarms). Designed to display events with alarm or warning status. This journal provides an opportunity to record the response time of an operator to an event using the signal acknowledgment mechanism. The alarm log allows you to provide additional background information on the event.

• Complex for digital protection management (RPA). Serves to view the status of all device signals (relay protection and automation devices, meters, connection controllers, controllers, controllers, controllers, servers, workstations, etc.) that are integrated into the process control system. The RPA program is installed both at the same time as the SCADA - NPT Expert system, and can be run outside the system.

All information display elements are conveniently and simply configured by the operator, and also allow you to display both the current state of the signals and their archive values. The number of display elements in SCADA NPT Expert is not limited. All elements have the ability to print data and output information to a file.

Created image elements, including mimic diagrams, can be combined into screen forms with any set of elements for the most convenient presentation of data. The number of screen forms is not limited.

Workstation software (AWP) can work with AWP equipped with several monitors or video wall.
